"Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland" shall mean the Trustees of Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland, the Directors of Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland Outreach Company Limited by Guarantee, the Directors of Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland Publications Limited, and all associated companies, partners, sponsors, or any other agencies formally associated with the organisation.

"materials" shall mean any and all websites, leaflets, publications or other information provision methods that may from time to time be used by Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland
